Four things to do daily, to make positive strides in your healthy:
1. MOVE if you physically can that is. Relieves stress and anxiety. Take deep breaths as you do this to increase intake of nourishing oxygen.
2. EAT WHOLE FOODS Diversity in your plate means diversity in your gut's microbiome. Will improve the bodies ability to handle allergens. Food as medicine.
3. SMILE, trust me, at some point it will turn into a laugh. Laughter is good medicine. Endorphins are released which reduces pain and boost the mood.
4. GRATITUDE .Every day will be more positive when you focus on something new to be grateful for. Send a thank you note. Focus your attention on all that you are thankful for, most importantly life.
