15 minutes to find out how I can help you and if our personalities click.

Initial
75-90 minutes we talk. At Ginger & Thyme Wellness we want to get to know you. Your health journey, eating habits, lifestyle, identify your challenges and set your health goals. Go over prior health care and current supplementations.
3.
First Follow up
30 min to go over any functional lab test that were recommended. Asses recommendations given in first visit and enhance your personalized root cause plan based on functional lab results.
4.
Tune up
30 min check in and support
